About Trustfall

One person. Plain answers. Real work.

Trustfall is a one-person studio in Toronto. I build websites, write copy, and set up the social presence that small businesses need to stop being invisible — at a price that makes sense for a business your size.

No account managers. No junior team. No surprise invoices. The person who picks up the phone is the person who builds your site.

About Nicolle Weeks

Hi, I'm Nicolle.

I've spent more than two decades in digital — first as a journalist at the CBC and Channel 4 in the UK, then as a digital publisher running magazine websites at Rogers, and most recently as the Group Manager of Content Design at Scotiabank, where I led the team that wrote and shaped the digital experience for one of Canada's largest banks. That meant a style guide every employee writes from, a chatbot that won the 2023 Digital Transformation Award from IT World Canada, and the small daily decisions — what a button says, how a confirmation page reads — that add up to whether a stranger trusts you with their money.

For the last few years I've also been writing Human+AI, a Substack on practical AI for working professionals. Thousands of people read it every week. I run AILiteracyGuide.com alongside it — a real curriculum, not a list of prompts — for people who want to use AI well at work, not just hear about it.

Trustfall is the natural next step. The same question kept landing in my Substack inbox, in family text threads, at neighbourhood barbecues: "Can you help me with my website? My socials? I don't know where to start, and the quotes I'm getting are insane." That kind of help used to cost a small business thousands a month from an agency. It doesn't have to anymore — but only if the person at the keyboard knows what they're doing. I do.

I run Trustfall solo on purpose. The same person who answers your first email writes your copy, builds your site, and is still here a year later when you want to add a page. That's how the prices stay honest and the work stays good.

I work in Toronto's east end. When I'm not doing this, I'm losing at Monopoly to my two kids.

How I work

Five things you can count on.

01

One person, start to finish.

The person who pitches you writes your copy and ships your site. No handoffs, no "let me check with the team."

02

A fixed written quote in three business days.

One number. What's included, what's not. No "starting at." No surprise invoices later.

03

Plain English, every time.

If I use a piece of jargon, I'll explain it in the next sentence. You should never feel stupid reading your own website.

04

AI is a tool. Judgment is the job.

I use AI the way a senior writer uses a research assistant — to work faster. The decisions, the edits, the voice are mine. You're paying for taste, not output.

05

Done beats perfect.

I'd rather ship a good site in a week than a perfect one in three months. You can't get customers from a draft.

Where I write

If you want to know how I think before you hire me — or see more of the work — three places to start.

Ready to look as good as you are?

Tell me what you do in a few sentences. I'll come back within three business days with a quote and a recommendation — and if it isn't a fit, I'll tell you that too, and point you somewhere better.
