How much does this cost?
Every project gets a fixed written quote within three business days of our first call. No "starting at," no hidden fees, no scope creep. Different businesses need different things — the only honest way to price is to talk first.
Will this just be written by AI?
No. I use AI like a senior writer uses a research assistant. Every word is reviewed, edited, and rewritten by me before it ships. You're paying for judgment, not for output.
What's AEO and why does my business need it?
AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. It's the new sibling of SEO. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI for "the best plumber in Toronto," the AI picks one answer — and whoever shows up first is who gets the call. AEO is the work that makes sure that's you. Most small businesses haven't heard of it yet. That's the window.
What if I need changes later?
One round of revisions is included in every package. After that, small tweaks are billed hourly or rolled into a Growth Partner retainer.
Why is this cheaper than agencies?
Because I'm one person using modern tools — not a six-person team with an office downtown. The overhead you'd pay for at an agency just isn't there.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell me before final delivery and we'll keep working until we're aligned. The first round of revisions is included; anything beyond that gets billed as a small add-on.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. Most projects happen over video and email, regardless of where you are.
Who owns what I get?
You do. The site is on your account, on your card, on your domain. If you ever stopped working with me, you'd take all of it with you.
