AI Tune-Up

The AI workflow your business is missing. Found in four hours.

A focused half-day with Nicolle Weeks — your business, your tools, and a clear list of where AI can take work off your plate. Not theory. Real workflows, built live with you, on your screen.

Why this exists

You don't need an AI strategy. You need the hours back.

Most small business owners hear "AI" and picture either the hype reel or the doomsday post. Neither is useful at 8pm when you're still writing quotes.

The AI Tune-Up is the opposite. Four hours, your real business, the tools you already pay for. We find the half-dozen places AI can quietly take work off your plate — quotes, emails, scheduling, admin, marketing — and we build one of them right there with you, so you walk away running it, not reading about it.

No black box. No deck. No "we'll send a report next week." You watch every workflow come together in front of you.

What's included

A working system. Not a slide deck.

01

A four-hour working session

In person in Toronto, or over video with screen-share. Two two-hour blocks with a break, or one focused four-hour push. Your call.

02

A written list of 5–10 AI workflows tailored to your business

Not a generic playbook. The specific places AI can save time in your operation — quotes, customer email, scheduling, marketing copy, admin, whatever surfaces on the call.

03

One workflow built live with you

The most valuable one. Set up on your screen, with your tools, with your real data. No black box — you watch it come together, you understand what it does, you can keep it running after I'm gone.

04

30 days of email support

As you try the rest of the workflows yourself, questions come up. Email me. I answer the same day on business days.

05

An honest "no" if AI isn't the answer

If we get on the intro call and AI doesn't fix what's broken in your business, I'll tell you on that call. We don't do the Tune-Up. I'd rather lose the project than sell you something that won't help.

The four hours

What happens.

Three beats. No filler. No "let me get my notes." We do the work.

1.
Hour 1

Map the day.

You walk me through a normal week — what eats time, what frustrates you, what you keep meaning to fix. I take notes. By the end of the hour I have a shortlist of the 8–12 places AI can plausibly help.

2.
Hours 2–3

Build the first one. Live.

We pick the workflow with the highest payoff and we build it on your screen. ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, your CRM, your email — whatever the right stack is for your situation. You don't watch a tutorial. You watch your problem get solved.

3.
Hour 4

Document the rest.

The remaining 5–10 workflows from the shortlist, written up as a one-page playbook you can hand to yourself, your staff, or your next AI session. Plus the prompts, tools, and links you'll need to set them up on your own time.

About

Who's running the session.

Nicolle Weeks, founder of Trustfall, Toronto

I'm Nicolle. I've spent the last few years writing Human+AI — a Substack on practical AI for working people that thousands now read every week — and I run AILiteracyGuide.com, a resource for people who want to use AI, not just hear about it.

I founded Trustfall because the same question kept showing up in my Substack inbox: "Can you help me figure this out for my actual business?" The AI Tune-Up is the most direct answer I have to that question. One person, four hours, your specific situation.

If you want more

When the Tune-Up isn't enough on its own.

Some businesses walk out of the Tune-Up with everything they need. Others realize the workflows are big enough to want me to keep building them — automations, content systems, integrations into their existing stack. That's the Growth Partner retainer. We can talk about that on the intro call, or after the Tune-Up if it becomes obvious. Either way: no upsell pressure during the four hours. We focus on the work.

Things people ask

The questions that come up most.

What if AI isn't the right answer for my business?

Then I'll tell you. If we get on the intro call and AI doesn't fix what's broken, we don't do the Tune-Up. I'd rather lose the project than sell you something that won't work.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The whole point is to set this up in your business, with the tools you already use, in language you understand. If you can answer email and edit a Google Doc, you can run the workflows we build.

What if I haven't used AI before?

Even better. The Tune-Up calibrates to where you are. If you've never used ChatGPT, we start there. If you're already running automations, we go deeper. The four hours adapt to you.

What do I leave with?

A written list of 5–10 AI workflows tailored to your business, one workflow built live with you so you see how it works, and 30 days of email support if questions come up. Not a slide deck. A working system.

Why four hours and not a full day?

Because four hours is the focused-attention limit before quality drops. Two two-hour blocks with a break, or one four-hour push — your call. Anything longer is theatre, not work.

Can I do this remotely?

Yes. Most sessions happen over video, screen-sharing live. In person in Toronto if you'd prefer.

Let's talk first.

Twenty minutes on a call. I learn what your business does and where the time goes. You decide if the Tune-Up makes sense.

No sales pressure. If AI isn't the answer, I'll say so on the call.
