Tell me what you do.

Fill this in and I'll read it myself, usually the same day. You'll get a written quote in three business days — or an honest no, and a pointer to someone better.

No pitch deck. No sales team. No "let's hop on a call to discuss budget."

Got it. Thanks for writing.

I'll read this today and write back within three business days — sooner if I can. If it's a fit, you'll get a quote in writing. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.

No follow-up sequences. No newsletter sign-up. The next message you get from me will be a real reply to what you wrote.

Just so I know who I'm writing back to.

What you do, where you do it. A website link is great if you have one — not required.

I'll only use this to reply. No newsletter sign-up, no list.

Pick the closest one. If none of these fit, choose "Not sure yet" — that's a real answer.

Two or three sentences is plenty. What's working, what isn't, what you wish was different. No need to know what you want — that's my job to figure out.

I read every message myself.

My reply commitment

I read every message myself, within three business days — including the ones where the answer is no.

Before you send

Things people ask before they email.

Do I need to know what I want before I write to you?

No. Half the people who write to me lead with "I don't really know where to start." That's a perfectly good first sentence. Figuring out what you need is part of what you're hiring me for.

Is this going to turn into a sales sequence?

No. You'll get one reply from me. If we don't move forward, you won't hear from me again unless you write first. I don't run a CRM drip, and your email won't go on a list.

What if I'm just looking around?

Write anyway. Tell me you're just looking. I'll send a short reply with a couple of honest thoughts on your situation and leave you to it. No pressure to book a call.

The hardest part is the first sentence.

Start with what you do and where you do it. I'll take it from there — same person, same day, three business days to a written reply.
